Inspection

All commercial inspections covers standard items such as plumbing, mechanical, electrical, structure, and standard finishes. We also inspect accessibility, life safety, and specific uses for the structure as well for the same fees. A comprehensive inspection report will be published typically within 24 hours of the inspection and sometimes at the time of the inspection ending.

Fees

• Structures under 2000 square feet = $300

• 2000 to 3000 square feet = $400

• 3000 to 4000 square feet =$500

• 4000 to 5000 square feet = $600

• 5000 to 6500 square feet = $700

• 6500 to 8000 square feet = $800

• 8000 to 9500 square feet = $900
